The Student Government, under the direction of Mrs. Johnson have taken an active roll in community service projects in the Florence area.  

Members of the association are elected to class offices by their classmates and learn leadership principals by organizing and running these  programs and community service projects. 

The student government has raised money to help needy people in the community.  They have also ministered to area nursing homes, children's hospitals, local disabilities' agencies, soldiers, and local emergency response angencies.
